Using your debit card is just like paying by check, without impatient customers hovering behind you while store clerks investigate your life history. You can use your debit card at any store nationwide that accepts Debit MasterCard® or a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to make a purchase. When you make a purchase that is not PIN-based, your signature is required to authorize the transaction. You may choose to sign your name at merchants where Debit MasterCard® is accepted.

Discourage unauthorized use of your debit card by ordering a PhotoSecure™ Debit Card. Your photo and signature on the front of your card will discourage somebody from making a transaction if your card is lost or stolen. And, if your card is ever used by an unauthorized user, we put a cap on your liability.

Two Easy Ways to Apply!
1. Print your debit card application*, sign and mail to your nearest MetaBank office.
2. Stop by the MetaBank office nearest you and complete your application. If you want the added security of a PhotoSecure™ Debit Card, we’ll take your picture right in the bank. You’ll receive your card within 10 business days of approval and your PIN will be sent to you in a separate mailing for added security.
*For your protection, we require an actual signature on all card applications.
